Bees are the pollinators of the Star of Bethlehem
It lasts very well as a cut flower, and is a pretty addition to any flower arrangement.
The Star of Bethlehem produces pretty little white star like flowers as the name suggests. It is easy to grow and the bulbs can be separated for further propagation. It grows equally well in a container as in the border and this can sometimes be the better choice, as it can be rather invasive. It is a lovely woodland plant however and forms a beautiful undercover. Plant with other woodland wildflowers to create a wildlife area.
