Description
Astrantia major ‘Shaggy’ is a fabulous Astrantia that stands out beautifully in a part- shady border or under trees. The flowers are green tipped with white bracts and held on stiff stems above dark green leaves. The flowers are lovely for cutting and also can be dried.
Astrantia major ‘Shaggy’ prefers a moist soil, and flowering can be prolonged by cutting the stems back once they have flowered.
