All orders received will be dispatched within 7-10 working days, provided that they are in stock. This is likely to be 10-14 days during the peak times of Spring and Autumn. We do not send orders on a Friday to avoid plants sitting in a box over the weekend.
Delivery periods are estimates as delays do sometimes happen. We do not accept any liability for compensation in the event of a delivery taking longer than the expected time for delivery.

We work with Parcel force as our courier for delivery on plant orders and gifts are delivered via Royal Mail. If a gift is ordered with plants, the delivery will be made via Parcel force.

We pack our plants robustly and as sustainably as possible and once shipped your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
For courier deliveries, if you opt to provide an email address and mobile number  you will be contacted by the courier to notify you of the delivery window on the day of delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. The delivery will not usually require a signature however there will also be options for you to redirect delivery to your local post office. We do not recommend that you delay delivery of live plants for more than 24 hours. The plants are packed for a journey up to 48hours . It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure provisions are made to allow the courier to complete the delivery within a suitable timescale and not longer than 48 hours.
We do not accept liability for compensation following repeated or failed attempts at delivery.
